Anti-Slavery Statement

We are  committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all areas of our operations. Modern slavery, including human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation, is a serious violation of fundamental human rights. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms and are dedicated to ensuring that it does not occur within our business or supply chains.

We recognise our responsibility to play a significant role in combating modern slavery and are fully committed to preventing any form of slavery or human trafficking in our operations. We are continually working to improve our policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that modern slavery is not present in any part of our business or our supply chains.

Policies and Procedures:

  • We have implemented an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that outlines our commitment to preventing modern slavery and the steps we take to identify and mitigate associated risks.
  • We conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments on our suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with our anti-slavery standards
  • Our supplier management process includes strict criteria for selecting and onboarding suppliers. We require all suppliers to comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding modern slavery and human trafficking, and to implement their own measures to combat these practices within their operations and supply chains.

Training and Awareness:

  • We provide mandatory training to all employees on recognising and reporting signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • We actively promote awareness of modern slavery and its implications within our organisation. This includes providing resources and information to employees and partners to foster a culture of vigilance and accountability.

Whistleblowing and Reporting:

  • We have established a confidential whistleblowing mechanism that allows employees, customers, and third parties to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical practices. Reports can be made anonymously, and all concerns are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
  • We maintain a strict non-retaliation policy to protect individuals who report concerns in good faith. No one will face discrimination or harassment for raising concerns about modern slavery or other unethical behaviour.

Monitoring and Compliance:

  • We continually monitor our operations and supply chains for potential risks of modern slavery. This includes regular reviews of our suppliers’ practices and conducting audits to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Our senior management and board are actively involved in overseeing our anti-slavery initiatives. We review and update our policies and procedures regularly to ensure they remain effective and aligned with current regulations and industry best practices.
